How many newsletters are buried in the hundreds of unread emails in your inbox right now? Bwak gives them a feed. Scroll through them the same way you scroll through anything else you read.
Start your free trial →30-day free trial · No credit card required · Works without accessing your inbox. Not once.
You don't have to move everything at once. Start with your three favorites and see how it feels.
Pick your handle, like you@bwak.news. It takes ten seconds, and there's
nothing to connect.
Forward any issue to your migration address and bwak.news creates that newsletter's new address for you. Then swap your email on the sender's subscription page. Move the rest whenever you like.
New issues show up as cards you can scroll, save, archive, or block with one tap. Your inbox never sees them.
| Email folder or filter | bwak.news | |
|---|---|---|
| Where they live | The same inbox as bills, work, and receipts | Their own feed |
| Reading | One message at a time | Scroll like any feed, open what catches your eye |
| Setup | Rules you write and keep fixing | No rules. Each newsletter gets its own address |
| Unwanted sender | Unsubscribe and hope | Block that address with one tap |
| Your real email | Given to every sender | Never shared |
| Email provider | Depends on Gmail or Outlook features | Works with any provider |
Everything you subscribe to, in one place, in the order it arrived. No algorithm. No ads. Just the newsletters you chose.
If a sender ever sells or leaks your address, you'll know exactly who it was, and you can shut off that one address without touching anything else.
Some newsletter readers ask for access to your Gmail or Outlook. Bwak never does. No passwords, no permissions. If you use Proton Mail or iCloud, you're finally welcome here.
30-day free trial for everyone. No credit card required.
"I'm a retired technologist raising chickens on a farm in Tennessee. I read more than 70 newsletters, and they were dying in my inbox, unseen. So I built myself a feed. Now it's what I open when I have a spare minute, instead of doom-scrolling X. Bwak is what chickens say."
No. The 30-day trial doesn't require a credit card or any payment info up front.
Nothing happens automatically. There's no surprise charge. When you come back to the app after day 30, you'll be prompted to subscribe to keep using it. Until then, everything you set up stays put.
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings, no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee.
Yes, there's no bulk import, but the migration assistant handles the busywork: forward any newsletter to migrate.<yourseed>@bwak.news and it automatically creates a bwak.news address for that sender, so you never have to invent one yourself. From there you just subscribe with the new address on the sender's site and unsubscribe your old one. You'll see it listed as "Pending first issue" until your first issue arrives at the new address.
Prefer to do it manually? You can also update your subscription preferences directly with the sender, or subscribe fresh and drop the old one, without using the migration assistant at all.
No. Each newsletter gets its own address, like kevin.morningbrew@bwak.news for Morning Brew, and that address is all the sender ever sees. Your real email address never leaves bwak.news.
Nothing right away. You get a 30-day grace period after canceling where your addresses keep receiving newsletters normally. After that, new mail to them stops being saved, but they stay reserved to your account. If you resubscribe, everything picks back up.
It will stick around. I'm not only the builder, I'm bwak.news' heaviest user with over 70 newsletters and counting. I'm honestly not building this to get rich. I'm building this to challenge myself to bring a product to market that I love to use. I built it because I needed it.
If you subscribe to more than a handful, email was never the right tool. Claim your @bwak.news address and try it free for 30 days.
